We're a referral service that provides general information about rodent and pest issues in the Chicago area and connects visitors with independent, licensed pest control providers. When you fill out a form on our site (whether it's a newsletter signup or a request for service), we may collect:

Our Role as a Referral Service
This part matters, so we'll say it plainly. Chicago Rodent Pros does not perform pest control work. We don't inspect homes, set traps, apply treatments, or guarantee results of any kind. When you submit a request, an independent, licensed pest control provider in your area contacts you, inspects the situation if needed, and gives you a written quote. That provider, not us, sets the price and performs the work.
Providers in our network may pay Chicago Rodent Pros a fee for connecting them with your request. Calling (312) 450-7705 is free and puts you under no obligation to hire anyone. We don't warrant, endorse, or guarantee any provider's work, licensing status, or pricing, and we encourage you to verify credentials and get everything in writing before agreeing to a job.
How to Unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it will remove you from future email marketing. If you've asked a provider to contact you by phone or text, you'll need to tell that provider directly if you want them to stop.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, operate our email list, and meet basic recordkeeping needs. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the form on our site.
Your Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA and Others)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request deletion of that information, and opt out of its sale. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front. Residents of other states with similar privacy laws have comparable rights to access or delete their data.
